1.负责服务工程师日常行程安排及差旅审批;
Coordinate travel arrangement for the department and follow up travel approval;
2.负责技术服务部日常行程支持,如内部人员考勤、报销等;
Provide administrative support to technical staff, i.e. leave management, payment vouchers, etc;
3.负责协助技术服务经理及各部门之间的业务协调;
Assist the technical service manager and business coordination between different departments;
4.执行日常文件管理,工具管理等工作;
Assist daily processing documents, tools management;
5.其他部门经理交代的工作及部门经理安排的其他工作;
Task that Manager request.
